Default Need help on finding the right offset

Hey guys!
I know there are topics about this already, but I can't find the one that i'm looking for.

I'm looking to buy 18x8.5 front and 18x10rear rims, but i don't know what offset should i get and I
want to stretch my tire a little bit (only sidewall and still using full potential of the tire)

I'm dropping on f-sport springs and i'm trying to avoid fender work and rubbing.

^^ I have 18x9+36 with 235/40 and 18x10+36 with 255/40 on f-sport springs. No rubbing whatsoever and no fender mods.
