Default Need advice remote stater and security

Have anyone install this remote stater and security alarm on the is 250?here is the link from amazon

My local shop carry this kind remote and charge me 599$ plus tax and life time warranty.im from albany ny.should i get it done?Thank anyone can help.

I would do DEI alarm, like viper. Lots of people have trouble getting it right with this car, so you want an experienced installer and proven interface module like the DEI ones.

+1. I would get a experienced installer.

But I have Viper 5901 with idatalink module for remote start.
