Update: I finally got Lexus corporate to get the dealership to do something with my melting dashboard after nearly 9 plus months of wrangling with them.
Because a TSB was released about the problems with melting dashboards, corporate has agreed to go half and half with me even though I'm out of warranty. Corporate also managed to get the service manager to straighten up and fly right since he would not return calls or acknowledge the pictures I sent. Its been nearly 3 business days and finally I've been notified its ready for pickup. Will post update on the final cost of replacement. I will give the dealership this one caveat: they at least gave me a loaner car.
I uploaded pictures of my dash. Lots of fibers in the dash that couldn't be wiped clean because it now was a part of the dash.
