I have a 2006 Lexus IS 350 with a big dent on it and wanting to put a 2010 Lexus trunk lid on it. Will the tail lights off my 2006 fit into a 2010 trunk lid and will the 2010 trunk lid fit into my 2006 IS.

Yes it should fit fine. I'd try to make sure you get one with or without navigation to match what you have. Wouldn't want an extra hole there if you didn't have a camera.
