I can't believe they are able to deny a claim like that. Personally, I would advise going back & speaking to a different or higher up manager. Bring the car & bring photos, stay level headed - all the usual stuff.
I used to work as a valet, and normally security has video tape. We (as valets) were also required to mark any pre-existing damage on the key tag. Granted, it would be hard to for a customer to determine if a business takes these measures by just pulling up, but I would be a pain in the *** regardless - make them want to settle with you.
Just my .02, as a Lexus is not a cheap car!

Not to sound like a broken record, but this is why I avoid letting anyone drive my car for anything other than service... and even then, I'm reluctant. I should probably start asking to drive the car onto lifts and whatnot myself, heh.
Sorry to hear that, though. Hopefully it doesn't increase your premiums if you file a claim. Tis a ****ed up world we live in.

thank's alot guys! i really appreciate your advice's and concerns about my car. by the way here was my car right before the accident and still i haven't heard anything from the vallet company
