Yeah what was the price.

5k in brakes/3+k in wheels and tires/1k exhaust/plus sways and intake. Buying it already installed and slightly used can be a great opportunity for a smoking good deal.

Asking price is 44K fully loaded 2011 IS 350 with Lux package, and over 11K in F Sport Stuff with 2K miles its a pretty good deal!

Well there are a few things that would make it nicer if it was an F-Sport:

Nicer seats/Alcantara, body pieces (grilles, front lips, rear spoiler, badges), black headliner, steering wheel. Different rear suspension geometry (same as the 2011+ IS F), different power steering computer (stiffer steering feel). Aluminum pedals/scuff plates.

I guess it depends what you like, but a few things on that list would be very nice to have, especially if you're going to take it further and do all of the F-Sport accessories as well. If it was in Canada, the F-Sport package has even more niceties as well, like memory seats, power steering column, etc.
