There is an official vossen, work, etc... owners only thread so I figured a thread for those of us that decided to swap out 2006-2010 headlights needed our own thread as well.
Why is this thread titled 2011 "LED'd"... cause everyone assumes that the in 2011+MY's all had LED's in them. Not so.

So I just picked up some '11 LED headlights from Sewell w/o the recent discount promotion Sewell had , for my wife's ISlow50.
I ordered the kit that does NOT come with bulbs and ballasts.

Here are other threads that speak about the '11+ MY LED'd headlights for assistance with referencing... Maybe one day we'll be able to get all threads that discuss the 2011+ LED headlights retrofitting process into the 2006-2010 IS's into one thread.

For now below are links that contain good info or pics rather then you having to sift through all the worthless threads that get created often about the 2011 headlights:

Anywho, after I got the '11+ LED headlights I also purchased S2K ap1 projectors w/ mint bowls, e30 lenses (sanded and cut to fit the projectors), 5k CBI/Osram bulbs, 50 watt ballasts, custom cut CNC machined shields then sent it all to lightwerkz in new Jersey. I asked them to paint the entire headlights with high temp gloss black paint including the shields and amber side reflectors. I am waiting to get them back from them so I can install on my wifes car.
