I just got the Samsung captivate and it wont pair with my is250 it worked fine with my 3gs and my phone connected to other Bluetooth devices before is it possible this phone is not compatible with the car?

I have a Pixel XL 2 running Android 10, I have no issues connecting it to BT on my 2010 IS 350. In fact it connects better to this older system than my 2018 Honda Civic Si's infotainment (sold). I used to have to reboot my phone once a week because it would stop connecting

its not the connection. its the info on song album and song names are not showing. ts hows no data.

It’s a glitch on iOS 13 when your phone pairs automatically to your Bluetooth aux adapter and your phone keeps trying to connect to your car. I solved it by just turning off Bluetooth connecting to the car first then my aux adapter
