Sounds like the police are trying to pin this one on you... at least you got some pics. Hopefully you got some witeness' contact information. Usually, they would ask you for the whole story such as your speed, etc... instead of cutting off on you like that.

Sorry, I dont think that I was clear when I wrote up that post. The police already listed me at "not at fault".
The conversation that I had posted up was between the person turning left and the police officer.
The officer that I had listened to me talk out the whole instance and asked me questions about my speed and where everyone was, etc.
