Would you buy this IS?
So I'm in the market for another car. I came across an 09 Lexus IS250 with ~32000 miles on it, nav system, premium package for $25,950. The car looks good and is in excellent condition but the carfax says there has been 2 accidents reported. However no airbag deployed or any structural damages to the car at all. The seller says they were very minor bumper issues running into someone at a stop light at low speeds.
With those accidents is it still a good buy??

If you only took sellers' words for it, then no car would ever have been in an accident worse than a minor bumper issue.
When I read the first sentence, with the year/mileage/price, I thought "Eh, that's a decent price. Could be lower". Then I saw that it had been in two accidents, and thought the same thing as the above posters.
That car should sell for thousands, thousands less than that price.
Did you try searching Autotrader or Cars.com? I just did a nationwide search for 2009 IS250s with a max price of $26,000. There were 465 results. Here's one with nav that's Lexus Certified with only 13k miles for that same price: http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...standard=false.
There are countless others, that's just the first that popped up. I see you're in Texas - Sewell TX has at least 3 Certified 2009 IS250s at that same mileage with no accident history for the same or a slightly lower price.
So no, forget that car and do some more research. You can easily find that same car with no accidents and a Lexus Certified warranty for the same or lower price.

How much LOWER than the asking price would you guys willing to buy the car?
FYI about why I ask, I'm going through a diminished value claim w/ insurance company. Need ammunition to fight against their low-balled number.
