I actually wanna do this now. I have an '11 and wanna know what bulb I was suppose to get for it to change the drls. I have the headlights without the led strip. and should I change out the little 194 bulb along wit the parking light bulbs?

edit: did google search, would it be the 168 bulb(drl light) for the '11?

If you want a deep yellow color, go with putco bulbs

Not at all, you dont need to worry about brightness with DRLs

Keep in mind that those pictures were taken with an iPhone and Ive found that it doesnt capture colors as good as other cameras so they look much more yellow in person

everyone seems to agree that Putco bulbs are more yellow. How does it look during the day around noon or early afternoon? I have had Luminics 2500k Hyper Yellow Bulbs for a while now and in the day time, since DRL's run at 30% power or whatever, they seem to look very close to the OEM DRL bulbs. Only until like Late Afternoon and night time, you can see that my luminics or really yellow. How do the Putco's compare during the day guys? Thanks.

Yellow. They look nothing like the oem DRLs.

Thanks a lot for the pics and info. Looks good I'm def going for that look if the the drls are a light crisp yellow which sounds like are. What kit did u use for that and where did u get it? Easy install I'm guessing?

I got my set from ebay. Just make sure its a 9005 bulb. And yes its easy to install, just swap out the stock bulb for the putco bulb
