Like everyone else said - try buffing it out, maybe clay bar? If worse comes to worse, then just repaint and get a spoiler molded while you're at it. I think molding a spoiler ranges from $300-$800.

There's a shop called Marco's here in SoCal. Actually, they have a few locations. There's also a place called autosquare collision center in Arcadia 626, where I've taken my car to be repaired twice, and you can't even tell its been through 2 accidents and repainted on the drivers side. Pm me if you need more details!

thanks guys.. yeah i know she's dirty.. but it hids the scratches from my eyes (kinda )
In person it does look worse than the pictures depict, but i have faith in Daniel at burbank auto detail... He does great work and has worked magic on my machine before and i hope he can do it again... I just have to see how noticeable the scratches are after he blends it, and ill make my final decision...
Still interested in the molded wald spoiler, thats gonna cost me a grand? They would be re spraying my trunk right?
hopefully i just need a GREAT buff job

If you can catch the scratches with your finger nail you're going to need to sand out the scrtaches and have it repainted. Hood, roof and trunk, plus blending fenders and quarters if needed. You should get some estimates from a body shop. Insurance claim might be your best bet. Just tell em you hit a low branch that fell from a tree. You'll have to pay your deductable but it won't go against u on your payments

I can catch my finger on some parts but not all of them...
Ill go insurance if its over 2k... deductible is 1k.. Ima see what Burbank auto Detail can do for me.. Then ill go from there... like i said.. hopefully just this wet sand and buff will do.. HOPEFULLY
I really want to believe what rdis250 is saying!

Wash the dang thing, and then you can truly tell how deep those scratches are. If your fingernail can catch in the scratches...chances are it will need paint. But looking at those pics you can probably luck out at getting a professional detailer and getting most (if not all) of those scratches to disappear.
