I've been searching to see if someone has done the following to their car yet but to no success. Maybe just not hitting the keywords.

Is it possible to program your alarm with the side mirrors, so when you lock your car the side mirrors would fold in and unlock would unfold the side mirrors back out?

the mirrors don't auto fold at all on the US Spec 2IS.

That's sad to hear. Looks like I'll have to buy the folding mirrors from other country's with folding mirrors. Unless, someone else on the forum found a way.

A co-worker of mine has an LS and the mirrors fold when he turns off the car. Maybe you can use parts from that car instead of looking for parts from other countries.

Last time I checked in Japan, price is about 61,200 yen per full mirror assembly (about $800 per mirror). These have actuators in the mirror base.
