If your paying them $950 for the 60k service (I'd never pay that much ) i'm sure they wouldn't mind turning them off for free. Just ask them nicely if they can do you a favor and turn them off. They literally just have to hook your car up to a computer and change a setting and its good to go.

This isn't any DIY people can do. A Toyota TechStream is needed to turn off the DRL's. I got my DRL disabled for free but I was suppose to have paid $59 to do it.
Here's what happened with me. I went in to have them change the personal settings. They said disabling the DRL is not part of it and I'll have to pay $59 to do it. In my head, I was like "F***, might as well get LED DRLs" instead but my mouth just ran and said okay! They said they never done this before so the service adviser wasn't sure if it can be done. Ten minutes later, I see my car come back with the DRLs ON!!! They mechanic came out and said it cannot be disabled for safety reasons and that he didn't know how to do it or what to use. Luckily, I printed directions another person posted on here and he was like, I'll give it one more try. Comes back with laptop and runs the Techstream program and found it under "Lighting" option. Turns it off and tells me I'm good to go. Also, he said I didn't have to pay since he told my adviser it couldn't be done. So I just gave him $10 change I had in my wallet as tip.
You should ask them to do it for free. It takes 2 minutes and you paid so much for service.

Other than if it's totaled in an accident they can't really "void" a car warranty, at best if you screw something up trying to DIY or have some shadetree shop do it, they just won't have to fix the specific issue you caused, everything else remains covered.
$950 is insane for the 60k service. Like roughly 2x what I'd expect even a dealer to charge.
Filters are a 5 minute change you do yourself without even needing tools.
for the rest:
$50 oil change
$100 brake fluid change.
Only thing left is spark plugs. Which is less than $100 in parts, and even being slow about it no more than 2-3 hours labor, for $350-450 max...

To turn of the DRL's as a DIY you have to take take out or disconnect the bulbs which in turn causes you to not have high beams either. The only way to do it right is have the dealer do it. Its part of the LPS's.
