Default Help climate control dash not responding

Hello, I have a problem with my climate controls, my whole upper part of the center console is not responding, i checked all fuses and everything was fine, i also thought maybe something got disconnected in the back of the unit, so i took it out and all wires look good and plugged in. Im not sure where i can go after this point, any help or suggestions, thanks a lot

Sounds like the dreaded LCD burnout that so many Lexus's seem to be plagued with.
There are guys on ebay that can rebuild them for a price. Get a second opinion though, I could be wrong.

LCD screen i don't think , the buttons are not responding for anything, its like i push them and no response from the heating unit, its like something is not plugged in. the radio works, its just the top part of the unit is dead, I'm not sure what could be wrong or its just the whole unit went dead

Did you recently replace your cabin filter? If you did, and it was not in the recirculation mode, you're in for a big repair bill. That's all I can think of.

Did you replace the cabin filter? You didn't answer the question.

hey guy just got a dash (climate control part) from my friends car, he was generous enough to take it off and see if that was the problem on my car. after plugging up all the wires, the buttons still did not respond and the lcd screen was blank. any other ideas what can be wrong? anyone know what exact fuse controls the buttons, climate unit (i checked all the fuses i could, they all seemed ok, maybe I'm missing something, or ill just change the fuse just for the hell of it)?

Sound like climate control module has gone out. The button and display is just that, the module is somewhere else. Hope that helps

Almost sounds like a ground cable came off. Might track down the cables and see where they go. Check with passnu2 he has tons of experience in ISx50
