This is almost like, does this bumper make my exhaust too big, which translates to do these jeans make my butt too big

+1 for a rear lip. Itjust looks ghetto when it sticks that far out IMO. And no, GFX tips will not help you (unless you cut the tips down, which I wouldn't recommend).
