i keep hearing a beeping sound it sounds just like if your doors open or when you lock your doors, i have a 2008 is250 awd and it seems like every 5 mins i hear the door lock or unlock

A open door alarm and lock sound nothing alike.
While your driving?
Outside the car after you lock it?............

sorry i will clearify what i mean ,i hear these sounds(sounds like if you lock your door or unlock your door) when my car is parked out side i can hear it unlocking or locking about every 5 mins

i'll go ahead and ask the obvious but is it possible that something in your pocket it hitting the lock/unlock button on the fob?

at first i thought that but i put the keys on the table so that i wouldnt be able to hit it and i still hear it like locking or unlocking but when i go out side its locked so im sure its getting locked but it keeps making that noise

I get the same locking "beep" sound sometimes after I load my trunk and close it. Just a solid beep for a few seconds, then goes off. Once though, the beep turned into the security alarm and I couldn't shut it off without manually unlocking the door handle. That hasn't happened for a few years though.

is your open door light on? you probably didnt close ALL your doors tight.

if you unplugged your battery, your seatbelt alarm reactivates too. that could be it.

Check one of these list.

1. Is a key inside car?
2 All door closed tightly?
3. Trunk closed tightly?
4. Is shift lever to P?
5. Engine Start Stop button at accessory mode?

If none of above, you may need to bring it to dealership.
