A buddy of mine upgrade his entire sound system and gave me his Mark levnison amp, some harness pieces and the dvd/cd player. Does anyone know if I can install this into my 09 is250 and make it work so I could watch movies?

It won't be feasible unless you take your car apart from the inside and willing to spend the money. This is because interior body panels a different to use the speakers which are for ML (which are different than stock), not to mention the addition center speaker which is not on the non-ML system. Even most likely the speaking wiring itself is different.

sell it man, they go for like $2000 on ebay, use the money and buy a fly audio unit, much easier of a retro fit than an ML system.
