Default G37 Wheels on my IS

Crappy picture, dirty car. First of all, I've got an appointment this morning to swap the front tires. These are way too tall. I'm rubbing the plastic fender liner like crazy with a 225/45/19 on the front. This tire is 1.9 Inches taller than stock and what is really funny is that the front tires are taller than the rear (27" front diameter vs 26.7" rear). I will be going to a 235/35/19 which is only .4" taller. I will probably be swapping the backs to 255/35. Currently they are 245/40. And, I will be getting rid of the Infiniti emblems asap. For the investment I've got in them (a guy with a IS300 had these and wanted my 18s) I think it made a huge improvement. They look better in person.

Added pictures: All cleaned up with new tires on front.

Looks nice, I always saw those infinity wheels as the 19" version of the IS AWD wheels.

Looks clean. Looks like you solved your rubbing issue. You can also try heating the fender liner trick.

Reminds me of the stock 17s, but bigger. Not bad.

Now with 235/35/19 and my spacers are back on. Sits pretty flush to me. The rear still rubs a little but I will fix that tomorrow. Final offset after spacers is

F: 19x8.5, +43 (with 15 mm spacer +28) 235/35/19
R: 19x9, +45 (with 20mm spacer +25) 245/40/19

I will get some better pictures after I clean it up.

Thanks for the compliments. I would love to just go buy some new custom wheels, but with 4 kids (3 teenage daughters), I don't have the funds. Modding on a budget isn't fun, but it's better than staying stock.
