I think or if not what I think they are, I would use a pair of devil's rubber or plastic horns. They will give the same impression as fangs.

LOL actually it's quite simple-- I used white foam board from Staples and just cut out the fang shapes and then attached them with, you guessed it, good ol zip ties
(in white of course)
