Default one of my fog light doesn't work. fuse, ballast, bulb are all ok

So how my title says my front right fog light does not work, I checked all the fuses they are all ok and i also even changed it to a 25a fuse. the ballast and also hid bulb are good i checked them with the other connections. I have had hids on my fog for 2 years already never had a problem. My front left fog light works but my front right does not want to light up for anything i do not know what else to check so what could it possibly be?

Did you check the wiring? ... one of my fogs stopped working and everything looked good until I checked the plug. From the outside it looked fine, but when I pulled the bulb out it was all black inside where the pins are, and it looked like the plastic had melted slightly.

the only thing i could think of is that maybe it could be the wiring of the fog light but i would find that weird if that's the problem.

Have you tried putting a working stock bulb in the not working sides harness? If it lights up, then it's something wrong with the ballast or bulb or bulb on that side. If it doesn't light up at all, maybe the wiring in that harness got damaged or fried somehow.

Its still worth a try, its worked for me several times before. Its weird. I had to switch around my plug in the fog three times in one week and it finally settled down. It would work with one side for a few days then needed to be turned. This was with a prolumen hid kit. It also happened once before on my 4runner with a 55w ddm kit. it doesnt make much sense, but it happens. And fyi, I used a harness for the 4runner to get power directly from battery, and used the oem plug and wiring for the is250, so it wasnt a harness issue.
