GFX Rear Lip on 2011
anyone had installed a gfx rear lip on 2011?? i just got mine today and tried to install with with double sided tape and fitment is not perfect. i think i may need to get it professional install by having them drill holes.
edit: did anyone have to drill holes on their bumper??

I remember one person had the rear lip installed on their 2011 IS. I think they had holes drilled and the bumper cut instead of using tape.

I JUST ordered mine from Sewell and this is what they said about the fitment:
"The rear GFX kit for the IS applies to all 2006 to 2011 model years. It’s just really that simple."
It should fit according to Sewell. I guess I'll find out when I get mine.
I'm going to do the cut method because I already cut my bumper for the Tom's rear exhaust & rear lip but the Tom's rear lip DOES NOT fit a 2011. So I returned it
I'm really hoping the GFX will fit the 2011s or I'll have to buy an OEM bumper

^No problem! Looking forward to the pictures as well. I was thinking about getting the rear lip for my 2011 IS but it's not something I really really originally planned to do especially with the cutting/drilling.

I installed the the gfx lip on my 06 the fitment turned out great! I did the cut and drill method. That's the only method if u want a nice fit with out worries of the bumper falling off!
