Selling your is350 to get a lotus exige or elise?
I am thinking of selling my to get a used exige but not too sure about changing tires every 10k...
anyone want to sell their car for a lotus???

Elise is a nice car! just an MR2 turbo motor but $$$

they are in such different categories that it never crossed my mind.
And no, I would never sell my car for a lotus. If i wanted to go more performance oriented, the 1M would be a much better buy IMO

The Lotus Exige is a really fun track car to drive. I driven one about two weeks ago at Silverstone race track in England.

If you want to head towards that route, then yes. If it'll be your daily driver... Good luck. I can't even have an S2000 or any convertible as a daily driver.

Lotus would be a cool second car, but as everyone has said, probably not a good idea for DD unless your small, single, and don't need a back seat.

My neighbor has an Elise and his wife has an Exige. Sweet cars....but not for a DD like others have said. Not only because the car is so small. The car is like a couple sections. If you hit a tire in the road, or scrape the front real bad etc. You have to replace the whole front clip most of the time.
