i would check with the seller because that car pictured is definitely not an 09-10. it's a 06-08. you can tell by the upper grill design. lip looks alright though.

iv also been looking for a 09+ lip ebay has some but iv got kits off ebay and fitment was crap they say its for your year or style and its not -_-
this is the one i'm interested in and for the price kinda worth a shot if anyone has or knows a trusted seller of lips for 09+ please post

for 2009-2010 I know there is Tom's, JP Vizage, Lexon, Wald, Ings, MyRide...what else?
Just make sure you buy from a seller that somebody has purchased from before (such as the link I gave you above, and the Wald link top of the thread)
Unless you have money to throw around, I don't recommend trying out as the guinea pig

me personally i think it will work
looking at 06-08 lips its a two piece that attaches to the main bumper
09-10 looks like they went ahead and incorporated those two piece underneath onto the main bumper
so if the lip that you are looking goes over the front section then i am guessing it would work on 06-08 as well as 09-10 since its going to be covering the whole front lip section instead of attaching underneath

that price is pretty dang good too to even just try out
its on my watch list already so might have to roll the dice here on it

no they're different
not too sure what you mean by attaching underneath main bumper or going over front section but 06-08 vs 09-10 bumpers are shaped differently, same goes for 11+
