Default DIY guide: IS250 Spark Plug change

Someone sent me a pm requesting for some sort of guides to replace the spark plugs on IS250s since I did that recently. I took this opportunity to write a guide to do so. It is not perfect. I might miss one or two steps.

I tried to upload it here but it failed. It's a pdf file (2.9mb) and within the limit of the upload policy. I used megaupload instead. Feel free to upload it here if anyone can.

UPDATE:

Megaupload is down for good. I fixed my PDF format. Now I can upload the file directly here.

Just curious, did you use OEM spark plugs?

What the heck? That's a lot of work just to replace spark plugs! How much does it cost for labor to replace the spark plugs at the dealer? My car has 58K and I am planning to replace spark plugs...

A Toyota dealer gave me a quote for $280 w/o the parts. If you are not sure, have a dealer do it for you.

I can do it! I just didn't know that it required all that work just to replace spark plugs... Usually, replacing spark plugs is not this complicated...

Really depends on the car.

On most LT-1 engined GM cars for example you'd need to take the front wheels off (as reaching the rear plugs is WAY easier that way)

On a Mk2 supra you can do the plugs practically blindfolded in like 10 minutes.

There is a separate guide for IS350. As for the plugs, yes they are the same.
