same thing happend to me.. after removing the manifold.. i found i could use pliers to unscrew it out easily because a part of it was still sticking out.. then i replaced all bolts with ones from autozone that have 10mm heads.. i believe it was a metric bolt kit for like 9.99.. i ended up using a bunch of the bolts it came with..

Thanks for the detailed guidelines.
Do you have the torque spec for this fuel line bolt ?
or someone mention to remove the injector instead (2 bolts). Do anybody have the torque spec for them ?
Thanks !!!!

Someone sent me a pm requesting for some sort of guides to replace the spark plugs on IS250s since I did that recently. I took this opportunity to write a guide to do so. It is not perfect. I might miss one or two steps.
I tried to upload it here but it failed. It's a pdf file (2.9mb) and within the limit of the upload policy. I used megaupload instead. Feel free to upload it here if anyone can.
UPDATE:
Megaupload is down for good. I fixed my PDF format. Now I can upload the file directly here.

tks for the DIY guide, it's very helpful ! I changed the plugs last weekend and it was truely a pain in Axx, took me 4 hours to complete the work. I'm not surprised that the dealer wants $700 for the job. I didn't remove the intake manifold, I just lift it to replace the manifold gaskets and slide the manifold so I can get space to work on the driver side plugs. After replace the plugs, I did get check engine warning light and vsc warning light, the code showed cylinder 6 misfire. I think that's the cylinder on the driver side closest to the firewall ? However, after drive the car for 10 miles, both warning lights are off by itself. not sure if anyone has experienced this or anyone know the reason why it's off by itself ? Also, the original plugs on the car lasts 95k miles and these plugs were the original ones from the factory (has yellow triangle at the tip).

Hello, thanks prankster for the awesome write up, but I had a question about the torque ratings on some of the bolts. I could not find in this thread, or in others, the torque ratings for the 5 bolts in the throttle body, and the torque rating for the fuel line bolt. I saw that someone else asked about the fuel line bolt before but did not see an answer. I just want to be sure before I start that I have all the information needed to complete the job. Any help is appreciated.
