IS250: few seconds beep after door lock

IS250: few seconds beep after door lock
Some times the following trouble happened to me:
0. Smart key is in my pocket
1. Getting out of the car (engine off)
2. Closing the door
3. Pushing button on the drivers door handle
4. Hazard lights blinks and door locks are closed
5. Beep sound is heard for about 3 seconds (which is not normal, the same beep I hear when I try to close the car while the key is inside, or any door is open).
After that, when I try to open the car by touching the door handle (drivers or passengers, it doesn't matter) - there no reaction on my touch. But I can still open the trunk by pushing the button on it. Doors could be opened only by pushing the button on the smart key.
I've replaced the key's battery but it doesn't solved the problem.

Well, yes all doors were locked and also because only drivers door was opened (my car first unlocks drivers door, then others) and that "beep" problem happened when only drivers door was unlocked and than locked.
And seems like this problem happens after the car was not used for more than 2 days.
May be there some connection problem in one of the locks, but how to know which one exactly?

Smart key unlocking issue is350 07
I am having the same issue and it only started today, all week long the systems have been working fine, but today I get out of the car at work and close all the doors and lock the system from the door panel and close the driver side door and use the key fob to open the trunk to get my laptop and close the trunk then all of a sudden I get a long beep for about 2 - 3 seconds and now when I grab the driver side door handle and the IS350 normally unlocks so that I can get inside, now nothing I have to use the Key Fob to unlock the door or other doors. The Key Fob works fine and the car starts fine, just when I stop the car and get out and lock it do I get the long beep every time now and I can not open the door with just a touch, bot key fobs do this so it has to be some setting I have triggered, anyone have any ideas?

This is happening to my IS350 today, never had it happen before. Long beep if I try to lock the car by pressing door handle. Then cannot open with door handle, only with remote. Car starts fine and everything else works also. It rained all night and the car is wet, wonder if the rain or water has something to do with it?
