Hmm no issues with my dead pedal, but the little rubber piece on the ebrake pedal keeps falling off on mine. its annoying!

that happened to my dads IS in 6 months. mostly because he used the ebrake every time he parked.

I use the ebrake alot too, everyday at work i have to park on a slant lol

I had sewell add the dead pedal, since mine was clicking and this was time #3 of replacing it. leave it to lexus to cheap up a part.

As others have said, Lexus isn't going to give any additional compensate aside from replacing the dead pedal.

I blow 2 brand new tires because of a tire defect... (part was my fault for street racing). Anyway, my car flipped twice (rolled 720 degrees)... almost died. I called a lawyer to sue Bridgestone, since I wasn't dead or crippled... the lawyer said forget it.

Sad truth... you have to have physical damage done to you or your car to get compensated.

^ Well that in that situation i doubt you would've won much/anything if they found out you were street racing
