The car still feels normal when driving it, so im assuming its electrical not mechanical or engine problem...i recently had spark plug done, differential and coolant replaced, but it was about a month ago already...Im about to hit 92k on my 07 IS250... what do u guys think could've been the source of this indicators? thnx for all the input...

Loose gas cap is the first thing to check. If it isn't that, time to stop guessing. If you don't know anyone with an OBD-II reader, just stop by your local Auto Zone and get the codes read for free.

mine went off after i turned it off at the track. It stayed on after i turned off the car and started it up again. i had to complete a drive cycle and it reset itself. so it might just fix itself. get it checked though just in case.

^^^ thnx bichon...thats the first thing i did, yeah the gas cap was a little loose. I went to autozone here in the valley(LA) he told me that they no longer allow the ODB reader..state of CA banned it for some reason...thats what he said..Total BS...so went back to my car and started the car..the indicators was all off...it was the gas cap..it was a little loooossseee...maybe i wasn't paying attention..coz i was in vegas..

thnx

Glad I could help, and glad it was nothing more serious than a loose gas cap!

yea 90% of the time its the cap. once its tight, if it only takes about a 1/4 twist for it to come off, then the O ring on the cap is bad. mine went bad a couple years back and the new part was like $20 from the dealer.
