Hey all, I am definitely new here and this site rocks. I just recently purchased a 2011 IS 250 AWD Smoky Granite Mica and am looking for replacement Wheels and tires. I want to go to 19" but I am not sure sizes. Where I am from I am not able to lower my car, so I have a couple more questions. What colour of wheels look the best with SGM and with 19" wheels would it rub when I turn?

I haven't got any replies, so here is more to the post. I want to put 19" Wheels on my IS 250 but am not sure if they will rub. Does anyone know if a spacer is needed for them? Also I would like to match as close as I can to the Smoky Granite Mica color, and anyone have any idea what wheels would be very close in color? Thanks

I know where your coming from, im a person with a bunch of questions as well. The reason your not getting any responses is because threads like this get created multiple times, to which people (with knowledge) just ignore them. Try to search and find what your looking for. What i can tell you from a bunch of wheel research, that 19s do look best on our cars. HOWEVER, without a drop they will make your car look like an SUV. I have an AWD too and the stock height is an eyesore. 19s can fit on our cars, 80% of the people here run 19s. There are all kinds of specs you can run. If you wanna go staggered make sure you keep the wheel diameter the same, since we have an awd or youll run into major problems later. I would reccomend 18s. They are more practical and they will look much better than 19s, considering you dont lower your car. I thought about the various combinations i could do to my IS250 AWD for over a year. I just made my decision. 18 inch wheels non staggered with a conservative drop (1.5") on megan ez coilovers. You dont have to lower your car too much. 1 inch drop will do wonders compared to a stock stance (ive searched this multiple times) What i did is rather than make a thread i just pmed some nice guys that i saw were helping many people in threads such as "will those wheels fit". That is the most fastest and best way to do things imo. Then you can ask specific questions go back and fourth. Some great guys are here.
