Default V-Leds Vs. Sewells or Others ?

Hello everyone, so ive been doing some research and come to a confusing crossroad! I'm looking into doing my interior and exterior lighting in my car, question and the debate im having is. Whos leds are better, brighter and why and which will last longer? i've heard good and bad about v-leds but nuttin from any other companys. And lastly which K should i go with if im searching for my BRIGHTEST WHITE 5k or 6k this is including HIDS and all around lighting. Thanx to all for your input, you've guys are helping out alot though my journey.

I personally have purchased my LED's from VLED. No issues and depending on the various SMD, bulbs can be very bright. They usually have large discount sales from time to time. Become a fan of theirs in FB to receive alerts.

Good luck with your purchase.

i think VLED is pretty much the consensus but some people have had issues with the rear dome light replacement causing the key to stop working or give an error.

With regards to LEDs and comparisons, I am not too sure. I have purchased many different leds from a lot of places, including VLED, and oftentimes I am disappointed or pleasantly surprised. There is just so many kinds and technical jargon/marketing gimmick that it's hard to take anything with a grain of salt. Read some of those threads above - I am sure they are helpful.

In terms of brightness, 4-5K is what I would recommend as being the brightest. Afterall, stock HID bulbs are 4300k. For interior lighting, I personally prefer it to be a little softer, but that's only because my last car had the whole Blue cathodes/dome lights thing going on. Needless to say, I had bad headaches, and vowed never to do that again!

5000K and 6000K LEDs have pretty much the same level of brightness. Just pick the color you like best.

Yeah, 6k is bluish. 5k should be straight white.

They're probably talking about 4000k. 5k should be white with an ever so slight hue of blue, just not as much as 6k. The colors should be the same if not similar to the HID bulb color scheme, as in the kelvin rating.

I have 5000K V-LEDs throughout and it's pure white. Nice and clean looking.

There's no blue tint in 5000K...if there is, then it's probably not 5000K lol. I've been running 5K in all my exterior lighting, and its as pure white as can be!
