Default Need help chosing! Wedssports SA55M vs. Work Emotion CR-Kai (deep concave)

Hey guys,

I always loved the deep concavity look on wheels. I recently bought isp modes for raheel on CL and they look great! i think i might be using them for the winter. I am thinking about upgrading to great looking quality wheels and i have seen a few on CL. I want to stick with 18s because i have new tires already for my isps 225/40/18 and 255/35/18 and ive seen a few pics of 19s on is250, some looks too big for some reason and i wasnt feeling it (love the lc818s though). Anyway, Im getting bc racing coils soon so its gonna be lowered and flushhhhhhhhhhh! Tell me what you guys think!

Between those two, I would have to say the Weds. Have you seen the new WedsSport SA-60M's? I don't think anyone has them on a 2IS yet...

I have! I am curious on how it looks as well! I like the gunmetal look instead of the blue accent though. but the way the spokes are reminds me of the stock 18s

Wed's look sick. Do they offer those without the colored accents?

this.

once enough 2is owners have wedsports, that'll be too played out and old too, right?

i'm not a fan of the colored accents, but i like the wheel design.

either wheel is a good selection, though note that the CR-Kai's do NOT come or are offered with center caps. something to consider.

best of luck with your decision, regardless of which wheel you choose.

anyone ever ran with these sizes without fender mods? Will these setups rub? F: 18x9 +36 225/40/18 R: 18x10 +35 255/35/18. Will lower soon but not slammed only 2 inches until flush at least.

I am in the same boat. I have bee looking at Lc 818s, Five:AD S5-Fs, works, and am even looking at XXR 522s. Leaning towards the Weds, accept the cost is pretty high... but they do look sic

I am going to Japan this summer so maybe I can source 4 non-staggered for much less than they cost here and ship them back... hmmm
