windows won't wind down! help!

So I disconnected my battery now and reconnected it to install my sub.... Now none of the windows except for the drivers window winds down from the drivers side door. Yes even when I press the option to control it.

Did I blow a fuse? Which one?

Don't panic, it's not the fuse.
