IS350 VS. GS460...Which Is Faster???
Hey guys,
So my dad has a GS460 with the 8 speed gearbox and it's a rocket-ship. Numbers wise...it looks slower than the 350 on paper...feel wise though, the thing is geared so nicely just like the IS-F I'm sure, it feels faster to me. Obviously very close comparison. The 460 has more HP and torque but is much heavier. Curious to hear anyone's thoughts compared to mine. Thanks.

It's just a sensation. If you take a larger, heavier object and pit it up against an equally fast smaller, lighter object, the larger one will always feel faster. More momuentum builds up when there's more mass, creating more G sensation.

G's is not force.
Momentum is a function of velocity, not acceleration. If you are going fast in a straight line, but not accelerating, you will have lots of momentum, but not experience any G forces. If you discount friction, it also takes no additional force (thrust) to maintain your velocity.
