Can someone provide insight on how to disengage the claws? I got the 4 nuts off but stuck on the claws...

I just did this on my 09. I don't know how people have done this without taking the bumper off. Would highly recommend going that route. Takes 15 min and it's so much easier after that. Just my 2 cents.
