Call Lexus and make them aware of your warranty and ask for the card.

They don't necessarily have perfect records on who has an extended warranty.

Are you sure you got "an extra year" though? What I got (and everyone else as far as I know) was 6 yr/100k powertrain. The powertrain is ALREADY 6 years from the factory, it's just only 70k miles normally.

That's not correct (or at least not correct for how they've done it up to now... it's entirely possible they changed it recently of course).

Up to now everyone has been getting the voucher toward the new lexus vehicle regardless of anything else they got.

The only "choice" was the extra 30k miles if you didn't have an extended warranty (and didn't live in FL) or the $500 card if you DID already have extended warranty or lived in FL.

For myself I got the voucher and the warranty (separately, a couple weeks apart, voucher coming first), then called and told them I already HAD a warranty (which I bought at the time explicitly knowing I was essentially getting 500 bucks off the price by doing so) and they checked that I did and sent me the $500 card about 4 weeks later as a result.
