Default VLeds DRL's 6k installed...Part III (DIY included)

First things first, thanks to Jmags and suxeLSI003 for there previous posts on this topic located here:

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...installed.html

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...d-part-ii.html

I thought it would be a good idea to post a DIY on this because it took me a while to figure out how to make everything fit in the moisture cap , so I'm going to try to post some pics to help some people out

I bought the DRL kit without the parking light, because I wanted a better one than the one that came with the kit. So i got the one at the link below:

http://www.v-leds.com/Vehicle-Specif...71398-1-3.html

Steps;

1) Remove the engine covers
2) Unscrew the washer fluid hose to make room to get to the light
4) Remove the moisture cap, and disconnect the old bulb, then remove it
5) Connect the module to the new LED DRL, and then to the wire for the light
THIS IS THE HARD PART:
6) Before you install the new bulb into the housing unit, push the module and the connector into the opening underneath where you insert the bulb. You may have to use a little force to get it to go down into the crack (see pics below). Make sure to also push or tuck in as much of the wires as possible
7) Put the moisture cap back into place, and lock it in with the metal bar

That's it!!! You are now ready to enjoy your new LED DRLs!!!!

Here are some before and after pics! The pics in the day time are closer to the actual color of the lights.

It's actually just my crappy camera that make them look so blue. They are less blue and more white in real life...

Everytime I see a reflection of these in my car I fall in love with them a little more

Where'd you get the parking lights? Any pics of just those on? My ebay parking light leds are a little weak

Hey Jmags, they are the Vleds 13 leds parking lights recommended by brociouz in his parking light review:

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...ive-guide.html

The battery in my camera is dead right now, but I will see what I can do about some pics later, but the thread above should have some.
