Plus one on not wanting them to stick out as far. Love the shape and size though.

Thanks for the link. I am interested in them. Is this something you can install yourself or you have to use a shop with special tools?

Installing the exhaust tips would be a breeze. Literally pull your old ones off (takes some effort) and slide the new ones on. Not complicated. Installing the rear gfx is a different story, but anyone with minimal experience in working on cars can handle. It will involve taking off your rear bumper which isn't difficult at all, and then requires cutting out portions of the exhaust cutout with a dremil (sp?) tool. The lexus instructions are great on this, so it should not be a problem either.

Thanks. Has anyone seen them on a IS 250C? Wondering how much them stick out.

If all you members dislike how much AP2 sticks out, just go for the CIVIC SI TIPS. They are the exact same width and shape but a lot shorter than AP2. The only disadvantage of the SI tips are the inner black part, it has a different design as the AP2..

I installed mine and wasn't able to get the tips as far in as seen above. Can they really go forward more with more force? I would ideally like them to look like these.

I have a 2011, don't think that makes a difference as far as exhaust is concerned though.

Any input in appreciated!

Getting those tips ASAP looks serious. I was thinking about getting aftermarket exhaust but I don't want to make my ride, any louder. The pick above just helped me make up my mind.

SIr_Ian,

Any input on how you got the tips in so far? I have GFX also.

My AP2 tips without a GFX rear lip !! It does stand out a lot but i actually prefer them much , much more than OEM !! Looks very aggressive
