So I finally have some pics of the IS350 I got back in November. Overall im fairly happy with the car, although it isn't as great as I expected.









And here is my first Lexus, which got me hooked.

So what don't you like about the 2IS?

Im not happy with the quality of the interior. Me and my family have had numerous Lexus models, and this one seems to be of the lowest quality. My main issue is the rattles. The dash rattles, which I know there was a TSIB for, and I also have a rattle somewhere near the rear sunshade. It makes me not enjoy driving the car. I will say the Mark Levinson sound system is amazing.

i think i know of what rattle from the rear your talking about. i have one too. i opened up my trunk and banged lightly on the ceiling of the trunk (not the ceiling of the trunk door) to locate where exactly the rattle was coming from. if its the same rattle, i get the rattle during warm or hot temperatures.

i hear you on the rattles man. My Brother has an '02 is300 and the interior is still silent. I have had mine to the dealer for two dash rattles and they didn't either of them, one from the passenger air bag and the other on the drivers side by the windshield. They drive me nuts.

The quality of the materials in the interior of the 2IS seems to be on par with other Lexus models, but I hear you on the rattles. Brand new Lexus should not have rattles.

Yeahhh, the rattles are my only real complaint about the 2IS. Car looks good btw!

i never had any rattles on my 350 UNTIL~ i put the amp/sub in now everything rattles

I just got my IS350 so haven't heard any rattles yet. Man, I used to want an IS300 back in the day.
