2+ years trying to find the right car - IS250 Truffle Mica AWD
Eventually after working on this for 2+ years trying to find a decent priced IS250 AWD in Truffle mica, I've found one and have purchased one. I'd never though that obtaining a specific color would be so so difficult.
What a difference in Sales technique between dealers.
So Germain makes the sale and I'm now the owner of a Lexus or at least when it gets delivered in weeks time.

- Lexus of Bellevue,WA - hi pressure, won't give you a price online, wont move off MSRP. Want Sticker for CPO vehicles and want to sell me what they have on the lot not what I want.
- Germain Lexus of Easton, OH - Much more friendly, work a deal, No Pressure and super friendly

Truffle Mica was offered in 2009 and 2010.
Not a vast amount of vehicles and depending upon your region not a lot of options.
ie. CA you could get color but not AWD, WA you could get AWD but not color.
It would appear the midwest and NE you could get color and AWD but limited stock.
This was the only color that was acceptable to my wife. Hence it taking so long.

Are you from the WA area?
I heard Lexus of Bellevue sales can be tough. When my dad helped me get my IS250 AWD, they were trying to push us but since my dad knew the tactics, therefore he was able to get the push back on them.
By the way, is this the car?
