they found out my car is the "lucky" one that had to replace the gasket
took them a while since they have to get the part from another dealer
went there with my gas tank empty and got full tank back =D
and some of that nice free subs.... LOL

I just got my 08 IS250 serviced for the recall and a new O2 sensor on friday, now it's throwing a p0441 code. Could this code be related to the recall repair? Another question, the car has 50,400 on the odo, why am I having to replace the O2 sensor so soon? The O2 was not covered by the warranty because I was 400 miles over.

I have to bring my IS350 in for the Fuel Pressure Sensor recall and I also need my 60K service completed. I figure since I have my $500 gift card from the last recall I would use it on the 60K service.
My question is, since I have the fuel Pressure recall will this save me anything on labor for the 60K service? Do they have to take things apart in order to do the sensor recall? The less I have to pay for the service the better!

Does anyone know what this recall entails? Will the dealer have to tear my engine apart? I would like to ask for a discount on the 60k service if they do in fact need to dig deep into the engine.

The mechanic is supposed to put a torque wrench on one of the bolts and check it, if it doesn't turn then they are going to replace the crush washer, it takes about 3 hours for the full replacement, and I think most people got a tank of gas.
Just got back from Lexus of Pleasanton today, the car smells like a hint of gas and have to air it out a little.
