Hi everyone. I just got a new 2011 IS250, Smoky Granite, black interior, nav and 18" wheels. So far, I'm loving it! Traded in my 2003 Infiniti G35 Sport. Had 105,000 miles and the transmission started to slip. So I decided on the IS250. Anyways, hope to find lots of information on this forum. Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!

My wife wanted black (obsidian), but you could see all of the swirl marks or spider webbing on the cars on the lot. We decided on the SGM since it hid the marks better. Is SMG considered a "metallic" paint?

I love the headlights too! The only way for me to get the headlights was to upgrade to the navi package. But I am glad I did. I really like the navi unit. I also got the premium package...

Yep, the "M" is SGM is for Metallic (well, technically, Mica)
