Default Need help identifying oil leak...

Hey guys. Below is a picture of an oil leak my 2006 IS350 has developed. It is on the passenger side of the engine. When I park the car in the garage over night and move the car the next morning, there is usually a drop on the floor. I have circled where I believe it is coming from. It is some sort of bolt. It is not loose as I tried to tighten it and it wouldn't budge. If any one has any insight on what is wrong, please post up. Thank you.

This is looking under the engine on the passenger side:

After a little bit of searching, I may be part of a TSIB from February 16, 2007.

TSIB EG001-07 - GR-FSE SERIES ENGINE OIL LEAK

Is the area pictured above the near timing cover or the camshaft housing sub–assembly?

I'm not sure if its the same but my 06 had a leak last year with around 50k. They found it when I went in to the dealer for a service. They fixed it all for free.

Can you possibly pull out the paper work for that visit and see what it says?

If you tried to tighten it and it's not moving, it's possible the leak is coming from elsewhere and the oil is settling in the area you pictured.

That or perhaps that bolt has a gasket and its messed up or something.

Hopefully this is part of that TSIB I posted about in the 2nd post. It would just be nice if someone knowledgeable about it would chime in and offer some insight.
