My 09 IS350 has the cold start cranking noise problem from time to time but when I started her up after a couple of days of not driving her, the cranking noise was LOUD and lasted longer than usual. I know about the TSB but its only for cars 06-08. Was wondering if anybody else with an 09+ IS350 experienced this problem?

Take it to the dealer, you may have to leave it overnight or a couple days,...if under warranty.

No problem here. But my car is inside with a blanket over him. Not sure if that makes a difference. Is yours outside? It's been unusually nippy here in NorCal. Not sure where in Cali you are.
