Transfering contacts from iphone

Guys, Im new to the IS community. I just bought an 08 IS250 and cant seem to get my contacts to transfer from my iphone over the bluetooth. I am following the directions but does not seem to be working. Any suggestions?

I'm on the same boat as you are, been trying to upload my 3GS's phonebook onto my '08 but have had no luck. I don't think it'll work.
