Man, i found a 08 IS-F for sale today here locally, it was a trade in for a Porsche, Black/Black 21k miles..... it would cost me about 15k more than my car. I REALLY want it but not sure if its worth it.. Someone please talk me out of trading in my car before my wife divorces me
i dont think the upgrade is worth it. the is f is just like the is350 inside but with a bigger engine, i would hold off for like an m3 e92 or gtr. but thats just me.
But you'll get most of that 15k difference back when you resell the IS-F, provided you don't keep it for a decade. I say go for it. Looks like you've been modifying the IS350 anyways, and you'll recoup much less in reselling mods than in simply upgrading the vehicle.

Part out the goodies and keep what can fit on the IS F. Then trade it in! You'll have that inner happiness you're looking for. Then just tell your wife that at least you're not spending that 15K on strippers/hookers!

It's a better financial decision to get the car, even if you are financing it.
