You can't, it's a safety feature...

You mean the lock all button on your door console doesn't work? Sounds like bad wiring. Did you talk to the dealer about this yet?

If you are inside, why would you want to use the remote to lock it? I guess unless you're in the back seat... ahhh I get it

you have to manually lock it but put your window down a little first.

You can lock your door buy using the key and manually lock the door. But you have to use the key to unlock it as well. I do it all the time to cool my car down in the summer heat.

There's a trick to this, I remember this was covered some time back. What exactly are you trying to do?

Lock your doors while the engine is still running, warming up the car?

You are able to do this in Nissan/Infiniti. I used to own a G35 and when the car was running I could run into a Circle K or when I was making sales calls and picking up stuff for work I could run into the client and leave my car running without the worry of something happening.

Im from Arizona where its 115 degrees in the summer.

Turning your car off for 2 minutes = getting into a car that is hot as hell.

Yeah that's one thing I liked about my nissan altima rental. I was able to leave the car on and lock it from the remote.
