Default Paint Is250 front bumper

Hi Guys, there are two 10cm scratches on the right corner of the front bumper. I think I only need to repaint this right part. Do you guys know how much does it cost to repaint it? Is the bumper plastic? Is it necessary to repaint it? It's a 2007 black car.

personally I would let it roll, but if it really does bother you the lexus dealership sells touch up paint that can surely fix that.

It's deep and I think I need to go to a body shop. So about how much does it cost?

Default bumper

I have a black car and if you drive it a lot, then you have chips. If your question was can the shop just paint the corner? They probably can, but I suggest painting the entire bumper. I'd say it's around $400.

post a pic. I'm not sure how hard it is to match black, but they'll probably have to blend it.

Will have to repaint the front bumper. No blending is really needed since the black is better with matching up and color differences are very small. Probably looking $300-400 to sand and repaint the bumper.

The dealer can definatley do it but may charge and arm and a leg to do it. I know the local Lexus can in my area can as they cleared a scatch (free of charge) which service apparently did to the driver's side near the front bumper.

sounds about the right price. if you want it done right, this is the option to go with. you can get a touch up paint but imo your still going to notice it there.

If you do repaint the whole thing (the only way to make it look right) make sure you put on a clearbra right away (after the paint cures).

my front bumper was hit, i got it fixed and painted and re-clear bra'ed totaling 1000. well you figure labor and clear bra is at least 600 together. so i would say about 3-4.

Sorry to bring up an old thread but didn't wanna start a new one. I have front license plate holes in my front bumper, an IS350. Was quoted $675. hink I can get an new painted bumper for that price! That was for filling in the license plate holes and they said it required labor work because I have head lamp washers and parking assist sensors in the bumper. I think that's hella high. Anyone actually paint the front bumper and about how much?

A brand new bumper from Sewell Parts with the Club Lexus discount is $448 and it's painted with parking sensor holes and headlight washers. I got quotes from local places and my third-party dealer for painting. I wanted an IS-F rear bumper painted black and they quoted $350. Recently, I messed up my front bumper parking, running over the parking thing in lots. It went under my bumper and when I reversed out slowly, my bumper clips broke and it's hanging now. Shop wanted $700 for repair and painting since I got loads of chips. Painting alone is like $500 for an already painted bumper. Might as well save up for new bumper and install myself.
