Default Sixth Mod: Luminics JDM Yellow DRLs

I skipped posting my fifth mod thread cause it was plasti dipping my grille surround and i posted my pics in the plasti dip thread already.
there's been so much going on with plasti dip in that thread so i don't think anyone will be interested in another thread about plasti dip

so on with my sixth mod, and again, all my mods do not improve/change the way the IS drives/handles, as i don't have the skills to DIY those mods
(as much as i wanna lower my car and put spacers on)

got the luminics JDM yellow 65W 9005 bulbs for my DRLs here:
http://www.automotivelightingusa.com...dm-yellow-9005

pretty quick shipping given that i live in Canada, arrived within my expectations. Should be faster for you guys who live in the states.

although i want my DRLs to be white or purple, i still need my high beam function because of the roads i drive daily, and i've heard that all white/purple bulbs running at 30% DRL power still appear as stock color, so i went with JDM yellow to make the DRLs noticeably different from stock.

the pics don't show much of a difference, but in real life you can tell the difference right away. it's a nice yellow color that you would expect to see on Japanese domestic cars. Goes really well with my black grille surround!

Took around 30 mins in total.
I didn't remove the air filter box for the passenger side, was able to work in the tight space. It does take a bit of patience though.
I removed the washer fluid tube for the driver's side like everyone else did.
Just unscrew the 10mm bolt and pull up vertically

65W labelled at the bottom of the bulb. I didn't use a heavy duty harness though, hope 10W above stock wattage won't melt anything

vip~ yes! haha finally after the many threads its done! i think it goes very well with the plasti dip grille!

haha big! i was waiting for the bulbs to arrive in my mail lol
thats why i seemed to have disappeared lol
i was checking the mail everyday and finally it arrived on after 5 days!
now i'm just waiting for my reverse LEDs
(damn i feel ashamed how i seem to be all about lights on my car and nothing about drive/performance lol)

I prefer no DRL or LED DRL, but those certainly look better than stock. Well done.
