is carbon fiber trunk

good morning people, i just saw this picture and i would like to know what is the name of this carbon fiber part of the truck ? can you buy it separate from the trunk ?

the whole trunk is actually carbon fiber and a wing (brand: WALD) is place on top of it.

OR...you could techincally CF wrap that portion of the trunk insert if you really wanted to. But 99% positive its a full CF trunk with a painted WALD spoiler.
